I enjoyed it too, even if it was a little simplistic, But the core message of looking after yourself in a healthy way is valid.

I loved this book which is full of sun and food and life. Most of all I found it very uplifting and a real inspiration on how to live life to the full. It helped me start afresh after a hard time in my life.

Kamin tells her story and has lots of good ideas for rewriting your own.

It's light and might not be for everyone, but for anyone trying to find a new path, overcome regret, build confidence in themselves...or just bask in a bit of Italian sunshine, it's a good read.
