On the train, there is nothing more relaxing than getting stuck into a book and looking up to see the view constantly changing.

Sitting in my hammock in my garden in the summer with a tall glass of ice cold cream soda

Can read anywhere as long as it's completely quiet; no radio, music or background noise of any kind [although can switch off in places like airports if I have to].

I love to read on holiday and in bed, reading makes me relaxed. I love reading thrillers, supernatural and romances. All can take your mind of things and you feel like you are in the story.

I like to read wherever I get the chance, when I get some peace and quiet. Usually I just read at bedtime rarely getting more than a few pages in before sleep insists on asserting itself. This is a sorrow to me as I love reading and feel a bit hard done by. However, I did used to be an insomniac, can't have it all I suppose.

In the bath with lots of bubbles! sadly my KOBO is NOT waterproof ( unlike the nice new one coming out) SANTA???

My favourite place to read is in bed. I can turn the heating off and save money, and have lovely warm feet!

On a sun lounger by a swimming pool in the south of France with a glass of pink Champagne, on a two week holiday I will get through six or seven books

I like to read when ever I am in a waiting room, Doctors, Dentists anywhere that involves sitting still & Quiet.
I find its the perfect time to catch up on magazines that I would never read like holiday & home mags etc.
I read book anywhere but mags...I never buy!

Love reading in bed much to my husband's dismay - I tend to do it only when he's on night duty but then the problem is I read too long and am shattered come morning!

I like to read outside my caravan on a lovely summers day.

Any time any where. I specially like to have a good book to read on a long train journey. It makes the time pass quickly.

I love to read when everyones gone to bed, husband has to be up at 4am for work so he's in bed really early, turn of the TV as I'm one of those readers that cant have background noise, get my fluffy blanket on the sofa and a glass of wine and read till my eyelids are too heavy x

My favourite place to read is under a parasol on a sun lounger somewhere exotic!

History books, both fact and fictional and love a good horror too

I read anywhere I can! Under an umbrella in the garden is my fave spot, but on the sofa in front of the fire is more realistic at this time of year! Always take a book on the bus with me and I can't go to sleep without reading first. My middle name should be Bookworm

In bed as it keeps me distracted from my husbands snoring!! x

I love reading in the garden on a Summer day. Flowers and birds around me and total relaxation.
Other than that, in bed or in a comfy armchair with a cup of tea.

I like reading ancient history books.

I read just about anywhere but my favourite place is here in my armchair with plenty of tea especially on awintery night curled up with the blanket. I used to love the cat curling up with me but I am not allowed to have one where I live.
The list of books is great and a couple of them are on my wishlist already andsome others that I hadn't seen so off to look them up.

Ideally sitting under an umbrella on the beach in South Goa. Failing that, in our garden if the weather is warm enough and in the conservatory if it is not.

I now like to read sitting in bed. Last summer we removed all the dark fitted units from the bedroom and replaced it with white furniture and painted the walls pale blue. I moved the bed so that it look out of the window. I live at the foot of the beautiful Ochils hills. As I read I like to pause and look up at the hills and reflect on what I am reading. It has bought a new peaceful rhythm into my life.

In the summer I enjoy reading outside on the beach, but in the colder months inside on my sofa with the fire on and a cup of tea. Or in the bath!
