My brother that was left everything was the most well off. My other brother is ok but I'm the one in the most precarious position

That's terribly cruel and upsetting for you Emsgran .

Could it be that your dad saw you and your brother as being well off compared with your other siblings ? Do you really think one of your brothers influenced the will of your dad? Have you left it too late to say/do anything about it?

I was left out of a dear aunties will. We were very close and she left a lot of expensive jewelry to my mum and my sister. Nothing at all to me. My mum died a year ago and my dad keeps telling my sister and I to take my late aunties jewelry but I have said I don't want it. Childish? Or bitter? I'm not sure.

am I ok to feel upset at being left out? I don't remember ever falling out with him, always took my share looking after him in the last two or three years of his life. I didn't get a mention in his will apart from being told I was financially stable.

This was about six months after I announced I was getting divorced!!

The wording of the will was no way my dads. He didn't even leave me any personal effects. I'm one of three and my brother didn't get anything either. I think my other brother, who lived with him, influenced him to get the house.

It's only two years later that I've stopped being upset with dad and realised that he was being influenced
