I don't know whether this is the right forum, but perhaps someone would be kind enough to guide me to the right one if it's not.
We are thinking of moving to an estate just outside Christchurch and wondering if anyone knows it and could tell us if people there are friendly. One of the roads is Palmerston Avenue and there is a Disraeli Road I believe. Many of the streets are all named after former prime ministers . Its a big move for us after 40+ years in Surrey and apart from our daughter we will know no-one. I am going to try and join classes etc, but would like to know about the area.
love the area around The Priory and the New England style Boathouse on the Quay, we were there for a week in May. Also further along the coast some of my other favourite haunts, Lymington and Mudeford, great views across to the IOW it looks so close sometimes on a clear day, I think I could almost swim it What has survived in your garden with minimal or no watering?
