Gifts for a coffee lover

DH loved his aeropress. You can use any ground coffee that you would use in a cafetiere or a coffee machine. Coffee pods won't work because the aeropress uses loose coffee and from my memory of making DH's coffee you need two or three times as much as you get in a coffee pod. There are all sorts of coffee out there. I'm currently using a very nice Columbian coffee that I found in Aldi.

A lovely coffee liquor my DH loves it as a drink when cold in a special coffee or in recipes for desserts.

How about a subscription to a coffee company?
I get every few months coffee from a company called RISE, aways different and fun. They would have coffee he can use however he choses to brew it. Give them a look.

Another great option is the Whittard Coffees of the World set. I got one for my friend a couple of years ago and she loved it - it’s small packs of different types of ground coffee so you can hone your taste.

For my DS's 50th birthday I gave him a voucher for a supply of coffee pods from www.pactcoffee.com/gifts. The voucher arrived by email with a message from me on the right day. There's a variety of different coffees from several countries and he tells me it's proving to be a great gift. I think it would also be ideal for your son in law, kitty, as he's a coffee connoisseur.

I've no knowledge about an aeropress, but I definitely second the recommendation of Lavazza coffees.

You might try the quality big names like Lavazza - as a coffee lover myself I prefer Italian coffee to any other.
