We used to enjoy early morning lie-ins, but now my husband has to sleep downstairs. I wake up about 5.30, read papers online, do the quick crossword. Then go down at 7 to give him a pill, share a cuppa, and turn on his radio, then I sneak back up to bed for an hour or so chatting to any family members on Skype, perhaps do a grocery order, play a few games, then finally get up around 8.30.
And then the day starts!

I’ve got into some “bad” habits. Staying up far too late and sleeping/reading most of the morning.
as he is up and about with the dogs.
