Griddle pan

I need a new griddle pan. I bought a Tefal as I find my Le Cruseut (sp!!!) too heavy. The handle on the Tefal has become really loose and unsafe, caused by the heat I think.

Can anyone recommend one? Thank you.

I need a new lighter griddle pan too - for an induction hob.
Had to throw out nearly all my pans when we had a new kitchen as they weren't suitable.

Kittylester, maybe I am too late, but have you tried tightening the screw that is usually set back in the handle?

auntieflo the heat damage means that it wont tighten.

I couldn't find one in IKEA that was heavy enough (but not too heavy!) mammissio and JL will be my go to place (naturally!) J52, but I wondered if anyone recommended a specific make.

I should have said, I'd like one which is dishwasher safe.

Just ordered a cast iron one from Amazon. It should arrive today. If it arrives quite early and I’d I get time to make my Welsh Cakes today I’ll let you feed back on it for you.
