Prizes for a Christmas Raffle

Unfortunately, the winners can't choose, they get a randomly allocated prize. That's why the prizes have to be suitable for all as far as possible. Alcohol and chocolates are generally welcome, as are store vouchers but they expect a few "gift" type prizes.

You could go for costume jewellery such as gold rings then calling birds, French hens, turtle doves and a partridge in a pear tree

and a cake!!

It all sounds much better than one or two raffle prizes I have won over the years!

Are they able to choose a prize or are they allocated Snoozy?
Some people may choose a bottle of spirits (there are some deals at the moment), others may not want alcohol.

We have some prizes from local supermarkets which were donated for a charity DH organises and they gave us, in the main, chocolates, varied but nicely presented in cellophane with a bow, a bottle of fizzy and chocolates in a gift bag, biscuits and other Christmas goodies etc.

Gift tokens always make a good prize eg for a local garden centre, local shops, hairdresser's or beauty salon or a hotel for afternoon tea.
