Left Facebook now can’t log on some sites.

Does Freecycle (and other sites) have a box near their log-in to tick if you have forgotten your password? That might give you an "in"

Hi everyone,
I deleted my Facebook profile, totally forgetting I had opted to use it to log in sites like Freecycle. I can’t ask their advice because I have to log in first. I can’t re-register because they’ve already got my email listed, and I can’t log in another way eg Google because I opted to use Facebook. Anyone know of an easy way to sort this without reactivating my Facebook profile?
