Glad the moose was tasty Mamie we had curry too with cauliflower rice, just zapped in the microwave as Grannyknot suggested. So simple, that's going to become a favourite I can tell.
So far these last week we have eaten cauliflower, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion, yellow and red onions, all sorts of peppers, mushrooms, celery, olives, capers, green beans, carrots, cabbage, kale and rocket, raspberries and blueberries and one banana.
I think this is the low carb, high fibre diet.
Just made a Simnel Cake for tomorrow when we have guests. It's a low carb meal but they'll never notice that. Just hope I can resist the cake
and just stick to cheese sans biscuits instead.
