My go to used to be a bath but we had to have that ripped out for my wet room to be built...booo... so now I have to rely on soft lighting in the evenings, no screen time for two hours before bed and meditation if I’m awake into the night because of pain

In bed at night, reading a good book

I take my dog (Bonnie) for a long walk in the fields whilst taking in all the smells and beautiful sights,

To switch off I enjoy a good cup of coffee with a tricky cryptic crossword.

I like to curl up on the sofa and read a book

I read or knit with a cuppa and my elderly cat curled up on my lap.

Hot bath with lavender and a dry martini

Curling up in my armchair with a glass of whisky and a good book.

I love a good book or a spot of knitting..or stroking the cat till he purrs while he lies on back of the sofa nearby.very relaxing.

Reading snuggled in a duvet is the best way to unwind

We have a large garden, so I'll take myself off to a quiet corner and read a book.
